 CCLR (Carbon)
Carbon Clam-shell Luff Receptacle
The CCLR has been designed specifically for use with a bolt-rope mainsail. Racing yachts classes like RC44 and TP52 are using CCLR hardware with CT Sailbattens.

Tough outer shells made of carbon fibre fit on either side of the sail to hold the batten in place. A soft plastic insert fits inside the batten pocket. The bolt rope is sewn in place onto the plastic insert and sail. The CCLR is available in both non-adjusting (CCLR) and adjusting (CCLR-A) formats.
