Open 60 Foncia won the 2008-09 Vendee Globe. Foncia was one of 23 Open 60's from a fleet of 30 that raced with CT33 Sailbattens onboard.

Supermaxi Alfa Romeo won line honours earlier this year in the 2009-10 65th Sydney-Hobart race sailing with CT Sailbattens onboard.
