CT36 carbon fibre sail battens are suitable for the largest yachts in the world. No other batten manufacturer can produce battens for maxis or superyachts that are as stiff, lightweight, or durable as CT Sailbattens.

The CT36 batten range is based on the CT33 range. Manufactured entirely from prepreg carbon fibre the CT36 battens have more complex laminates with more hoop strength to prevent crushing and more laminate for added strength and durability.

• Able to produce stiffness required for the largest and most powerful of yachts
• Extra hoop strength to prevent crushing if used with boom-furling
• Heat-shrink rubber-boot supplied at luff end (for boom-furling)
• Draft can be tailored to suit sail
• Flat rectangular luff-end, can be built up to any thickness during manufacturing
• Luff can be converted to a round end during manufacturing
  Round luff end sizes: 22mm to 36mm
• Can be manufactured to any length with joins (internal and external) provided, pre-fitted in factory (to be glued in place on arrival)
  - battens 8.3m to 16.4m long will have 1 join at 8.2m
  - battens over 16.5m long will have 1 join at 8.2m and a second at 16.4m
• Batten sectional size varies due to mandrel, taper and laminate thickness
